The newly renovated Club Hotel Warragul.
It is exciting times for the Club and they have taken the view that if they are going to take on this new venture they want to do it properly by creating a venue that can be enjoyed by all of the community. On entering the all new Club Hotel you will be greeted by the same friendly staff and a few new faces also. They have appointed a new Venue Manager, Neville Huggett, who has extensive experience in the industry and Head Chef Myriam Alberti who are working closely with the current staff to make the Club a successful and great place to visit. As the Club Hotel grows it will be the Club’s intention to employ local people to give them opportunities in this industry. Local trades and sponsors of the Club were used to carry out these renovations and the Club Hotel has been reopened in stages.
The kitchen was completely renovated with new flooring and totally new appliances throughout. The bistro area has a complete new look which has been well received by their patrons. The public bar also has undergone a complete transformation with an entire new look. The Club has appointed a Board of Management to oversee the operations of the venue and the members have extensive experience in both this industry and business in general. The Club has a 25 year Lease Agreement on the hotel and it is the Board’s intention to support not only their own club but many other local junior and senior sporting clubs in all sports throughout the local area.
