Head Chef Jen Hurenkamp works closely with a dedicated kitchen team to ensure every meal is prepared to perfection. We proudly employ local juniors and actively encourage all staff to undertake apprenticeships, supporting skills development within our community.

The Club has embraced a fresh bistro concept, introducing dishes not previously available in the area. Prime Grill 51 follows a classic USA steakhouse theme, offering all your favourites including premium steaks, ribs, wings, and burgers.

Since launching the new menu, we have been delighted by the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our patrons. The quality of the food has received rave reviews, and the Bistro continues to grow in popularity.
