By using the Website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Memberships

We offer the following membership types:

  • Full Club Membership (Annual – 12 months)

  • Bonus Club Membership (5 Years)

  • Bonus Club Membership (Annual – 12 months)

  • Social Membership (Free)

Paid memberships are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

Membership inclusions, availability, and pricing are listed on the Website and may change from time to time.
Changes do not affect an already purchased and active membership period.

2. Eligibility

To purchase a membership:

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or

  • A parent/guardian must complete the purchase on your behalf.

You agree that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and current.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
We do not store your payment details.

Your membership activates once full payment is successfully processed.

4. Refunds

Paid memberships are non-refundable, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to use membership benefits

  • Wanting to cancel during an active membership period

Refunds are only considered where required under ACL, including:

  • Major service faults

  • Services not delivered as advertised

  • Misleading conduct

5. User Accounts

Purchasing certain memberships may require creating an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details confidential

  • All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the Website.

  • Copy, share, or reproduce membership content or benefits

  • Use the Website for unlawful or prohibited purposes
